Due to the very nature of our uniquely customized products, we usually can not refund or accept returns.

If your package was damaged or lost during transit, we will work with you to either issue a refund or expedite a replacement.

If we are at fault in the production of the item, we will work with you to remedy the situation. Instances of this event include:

  • printing error or fault
